The first reading is slow. If nobody has used MoodLens for a while, the server takes up to a minute or two to wake up. The app shows a note while it waits. Readings after that are quick.
Voice mode says it didn't hear enough speech. Record 2–6 seconds of clear speech, close to the microphone, in a quiet spot. If you denied microphone access, turn it back on in Settings > MoodLens.
How do I delete my data? Open Readings and tap Delete All. This permanently removes your entries from the server and from your phone. Deleting the app alone doesn't remove the server copy, so use Delete All first.
How accurate are the readings? MoodLens uses machine-learning models that can be wrong, especially for short entries or unclear audio. Treat readings as a prompt for reflection, not a verdict. MoodLens is not a medical device and doesn't diagnose or treat anything.
